Meet Central Time, a Midwest IPA and our newest beer! It clocks in at 7.9% and 92 IBUs. It is based on a West Coast IPA, but we made it our own by making it drier. Massive additions of Cascade, Centennial, Pahto and El Dorado hops give it an old school bitter punch of pine, citrus, and resin.

Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head. Leaves behind webs of lacing.
Aroma of bread malts and citrus hops. Not real distinct.
Taste has a toasted malt base and hop flavors of orange, grapefruit, lemon, and pine. General rough bitterness throughout.
Medium mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Rough and bitter IPA.
