There is a date on the bottom of the can but it is squished so it can't be read.

Appearance: The body is hazy and gold. Fuzzy dark shadows are visible through the glass. It has a dense white head with stucco ripples across the surface. Very good head retention. There is moderate and spotty lacing.

Aroma: It smells a bit like lemon cooler cookies. It smells nice but it is barely there.

Taste: Up front there is a touch of lemon, then towards the middle it has this dusty old chocolate flavor which is odd. Slightly ant-like in the middle and in the finish with a touch of pepper. A light lemon note in the aftertaste which is nice.

Mouthfeel: It is medium-light bodied with good carbonation. Light bitterness.

Overall: It is a weird combination of flavors that don't really fit well together. The beer is drinkable but mismatched. There is this odd peppery character mixed with what tastes like waxy old chocolate that doesn't fit well in the overall beer. The can says it is a "WHEAT IPA" which seems interesting but aside from the appearance the wheat never makes a noticeable impact on the flavor or aroma. Although the beer is drinkable it feels very forgettable and disjointed. It isn't something I would readily recommend but if you buy it there are some redeeming qualities, like the lemon cooler cookie aroma and flavor which is nice when it pops in.
