A: Poured from the 330ml bottle into a pint glass. The beer is a dark cloudy pure brown color with a foamy 3 finger tan head.
S: A bit of roasted malt, but an overall faint aroma on this one. Some sweetness evident like brown sugar or caramel.
T: Heavy on the roasted character. I like the one for its coffee like taste and a lingering sweetness. Smooth with plenty of malt.
Overall: This is a good go-to beer for the area, if average for the style. I'm liking this new brewery here in Shanghai.
