A: Poured from the 330 mL bottle into a pint glass. Bought from an expat grocery store in Shanghai China. The beer is a hazy, almost cloudy pure gold color with a large foamy white head with good retention.
S: A nice malty sweetness of biscuit and fresh bread. A very light fruitiness, almost banana bread aroma. Nice one.
T: Sweet and smooth. A lot of bread malt up front, finishing with just a hint of European style hop bitterness that leaves you wanting a bit more. This reminds me of some good Czech beers I have had.
F: Smooth.
Overall: I'm not usually a fan of light blondes but this one really hit the spot. Maybe it's the weather, but this was really refreshing while being super flavorful. I will be revisiting this one.
