Pours a clear amber color with a soft, big head.

Smells of straw, salted caramel and a subtle, flowery hop presence. Has additional rock sugar for the sweetness and spicy yeast, with clove and allspice.

Has a higher carbonation, bubbly and slighty metallic, together with a lighter, refreshing body.

Tastes of white bread dough, nutshell, toffee and peppery spices, amping up the sweetness. Turns sparkly then, a bit mineralic with a sugared lime zest crispness. Finishes with a fruity, herbal bitterness, more rock sugar and nutmeg.

Looks great and tastes great, a very nice Tripel. Heavier on the spices, but lemon and the higher carbonation are able to establish an intriguing balance.
