For this lemonade inspired IPA we added lemon peel and a touch of lactose to the boil. We also added lemon juice to secondary fermentation, and picked hops known for their citrus characteristics. Expect a super smooth and tropical NEIPA flavor with lemony citrus notes throughout.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a 500 ml bottle on July 15, 2018. Double dry hopped IPA with lemon juice and lactose added. A near perfect balance of hop notes and adjuncts. Highly recommended.
