Thanks to @timx0r a great bif beer!!
Look deep black and think with aggressive pour to try and get a nice foam, that would not happen, the small tan like head fading quickly with little to no lacing.
S: is great, a mixture of booze chocolate and coffee where you cant wait for the first sip
T: so many beers the taste follow the smell but not here while the hazelnuts is not on the nose it comes out on the taste with some nice bitter chocolate notes on the back end.
F: is nice an average carb for a stout of this level maybe a touch thin if being picky.
O: a great sipper and nice to had a stout with adjuct that is not over the top sweet and still taste like beer!

500 ml bottle, snifter glass. Dark black body, one finger offwhite head. Fair retention. A little bit of lacing. Smell is lactose and a mild hazelnut sweetness, big roast (perhaps from the coffee), big milk chocolate and a bit of Baker's chocolate. Flavour follows, nice reasonably chocolate-forward, flavourful roasty stout, milk chocolate and a mild hazelnut following through. Roast seems more of the malt rather than the coffee. Decent carbonation, medium body, silky smooth. Solid chocolate-forward stout- hazelnut and coffee are complementary here.

My first 1840 Brewing Co beer and what a good one. Fantastic non-barrel aged stout that is loaded with flavor. Chocolate, coffee, great mouthfeel, easy drinking - what's not to like. Don't know what to offer in terms of improvement - worth seeking out.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a 500 ml bottle on February 8, 2019. Imperial Stout brewed with cacao nibs, coffee, house toasted hazelnuts and lactose. Nice blend of flavors.
