Tasted in a tall tulip from draft at 1840 Brewing Company on August 24, 2019. Brewed with golden promise, spelt, torrified wheat and oat malt. Intensely hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and HBC 472. Never boiled and fermented hot (95F+) with Norwegian farmhouse yeast (Kveik). Brewed in collaboration with the Tap Takeover Podcast.
