This sour German wheat beer is loaded with juicy watermelon and fresh basil. A kiss of sea salt keeps everything in balance.

500 ml squat brown bottle. No dating information found, but label IDs this beer as 'Batch No. 220633'.
Unfiltered, pale gold colored body. Thin off white head. No lacing.
Aroma is pungent and can be picked up from a few feet away. Wheat malt and basil, with some sweet fruit.
Taste is sweet and tart, with wheat tang and a syrup infusion of fruit, which likely is the watermelon. Has basil herb and some saltiness left on the lips. Has a vanilla note.
Medium mouth feel, with the already mentioned salt. Supportive carbonation.
Very refreshing and easy to drink, but has a higher level of sweetness.
