This beer is lovely in the glass. One shade shy of inky black with a rocky, quarter-inch, mocha-colored head that quickly disperses towards the shoulders, leaving a tight band around the edges and a soapy dollop across the surface. Nose reveals, vanilla, lactose and marshmallow. Taste follows nose with a hint of wood towards the finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a still carbonation. Amazingly drinkable at the ABV.
