500 ml stubby bottle poured into an 1840 branded oversized tulip. On to the beer:
This dark mild posses a dark leather brown color with hues of ruby red. Spotty lace clings to the glass around like spots on a dalmation. Aroma is dry and light; sweet bread crust and a touch of caramel. On point for the style.
Michael Milders is an acceptable dark mild. It has a dry, slightly sweet taste which has a crisp bite and a twing of vague grain. Very light bodied, but nothing like water; more of a lean machine in that aspect.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Pours deep red with a small off white head. Smells of caramelized grain, nuts, and toffee. Tastes of toffee with caramelized grain and slight syrup. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
