Bought a 22oz bomber at Hollywood Grocery Outlet in PDX for $4.69. I liked the label, never heard of them before, so gave it a shot.
Went to the website....Mad Cow is an aspiring homebrewer w a supportive wife. Respect, brah!
Hard to find....Grocery Outlet is among the first to carry. Love G.O.
Pours brassy gold. Head is pebbly and thin.
(By the end of the bottle at 30 mins, carbonation is beginning to weaken).
Aroma is bready, bit of malt, not a lot of hop aroma.
Taste is grassy, light caramel malt. Some hop bitterness, but I'd say more of a pale ale (or lighter amber ale) profile. Hops here are very subdued, not slap-you-in-the-face. (and that's where the "India" name kicks in ---originally purely for bittering, and now mostly for the taste --- but it's the hops baby!)
Aftertaste is slightly sticky --- not the resin taste per many PNW IPAs, but more malt.
A very solid beer. Note the 3.75 rating is schyzophrenic: I'd call it a 4.0, very well-executed pale or amber ale, instead of a 3.5 malty IPA.
It's a very good beer in the hands of the right consumer.... and I'm honored to submit the first review

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
