Hazy but not cloudy pale bruised yellow body. nice head and lacing, as seems to be a pattern for this brewery. Nose on this is mostly old school catty, which used to be a hit or miss thing fue me but now I welcome. There’s also a hint of a “sweeter” new southern hemisphere hop, but I’m unaware of the varietals used in this beer.
The beer cones across a bit thin and watery, even at a standard 6%. I don’t think it would matter if the hops filled in better. They have bitterness, and a dank, catty, lightly pibe woody flavor, but the lack of a counter hurts. The beer is actually a bit too dry, which isn’t a complaint I make with most hazy IPAs.
Give this beer a little body and malt character, and it’d improve a couple notches in my mind.

4/30/22 On tap at Short Story in Rivesville. Last hurrah of our trip.
Beautiful looking and even better tasting. Nicely balanced hop and slight sweet. Excellent atmosphere with the fields, barn swallows and cows!
