Pale yellow body, straw-like; very lively carbonation; thin, half-finger thick white head. A faint note of wheat-like grain; grassy and lemony. A light biscuit or cracker flavor with just a twinge of lemony flavor. Light body; weak and very watery; midly dry.
This is my second beer from this brewery, and things seem dicey. The initial impression was okay, but the thin head soon disappeared completely, so the 3.5 rating is generous. And this was one of the highlights of the beer. The beer suffers from lack of body and depth of flavor and aroma. It's palatable, but really just a weak attempt all over.
