Poured from the pint can into a mug on July 4 in Greenville SC. The beer is a slightly hazy dull orange color with an foamy 2 finger off-white head. Smell is wonderfully citrus and tropical with a bit of pine inside. Taste is a bit more on the bitter side with lots of citrus rind, grapefruit, and a drying finish with hints of honey throughout. A refreshing summer beer hat hides its strength well.

fruity and juicy and surprisingly drinkable for a DIPA. Not a notable standout in an area, just that this one tasted good in spite of the higher ABV.

Ok, I just purchased this beer in 16 pint cans last week. I have noticed they are quite prevalent in the South Carolina area right now. I was surprised it was not already on BA. I did note that there appeared to be a predecessor that says it has been retired. While it sounded similar by name it was a 10 ABV with not anything rated after 2018. Anyway, this offering is active, and fresh and worth a try. I would upload a picture of my pint can to BA but to date after 8 + years I have not been savvy enough to do all the technical gyrations required.
Pours a nice golden color, not hazy but not translucent. Forms a nice head, and while drinking out of a tulip glass, the lacing is quite good. There is some hints of citrus smells. The taste is smooth and goes down easy. The alcohol is really hidden. This is a very good DIPA. Hopefully others will try it and review it and provide some of their insight. I will try this again. Perhaps even today as I have another one in the beer fridge.
