Picked up a single from the brewery cooler while visiting 5-17-25 for $2.33. No canning date; consumed 6-19-25. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured deep gold with an okay white head.
Nose has a nice touch of banana phenols and not much else.
Taste follows the nose as the yeast phenols are giving a consistent light banana theme. Hopping is good and keeps this balanced. Getting a light touch of phenolic pepper on the back end.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and pretty soft but heavier than the Belgian classics.
Overall, this is a real easy drinker that is approachable.
