Taste: crisp, rather light and refreshing, hints of banana bread. Mellow wheat nose. Golden hue, slight haze, delicate white head and lace. Medium/light body. Summer version lite on toothy mouthfeel.

Tasted in a sampler glass from draft at the Roaring Table Brewing Company taproom on August 26, 2017. Sampled in a taster glass from draft at Roaring Table Brewing on September 5, 2020. Looks, smells and tastes like a Bavarian wheat beer should. I would have liked a little more carbonation though.
