Taste: semi sweet, toasted chocolate malt, hint of coffee, velvet mouth-feel that is still dry and clean in the finish. Same with the nose. Dark brown, semi clear, tan delicate head and ringed lace. medium body. Close to English style, maybe more robust.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at the Roaring Table Brewing Company tap room on June 22, 2018. English yeast conjures velvety cocoa and creamy coffee notes from the UK crystal and chocolate malts in this old school porter. There’s nothing new or trendy about this beer.
