Tasted in a snifter from draft at the Roaring Table Brewing Company tap room on April 26, 2018. They put their Foeder beer into neutral whiskey barrels with five pounds of Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo and Ekuanot dry hops. The resulting intense acidity and bright, lemony fruit is not for the faint of heart.
