Tasted in a snifter from draft at the Roaring Table Brewing Company tap room on May 25, 2018. Aged on brambleberry puree. Saison base spent three months in a foeder before being transferred into Chardonnay barrels with boysenberries, blackberries and raspberries. After six more months the nose is soft with rose petals, sweet fruit and wet oak.
