Tasted in a snifter from draft at Roaring Table Brewing Company on December 14, 2018. A rich and balanced take on the pastry style. After twelve months in Heaven Hill oak, the beer joined adjuncts in stainless. Creamy notes of fudge, gentle coconut macaroon and a hint of whiskey spice. Served on nitro for a smooth finish.
