Tasted in a small craft glass from draft at Roaring Table Brewing Company on April 12, 2019. From stainless to Foeder to wine barrel, this beer took 16 months to finish. Flavors of tart cherries, baking spices, oak vanillins and a hint of earthy Brett combine in an elegant display of mixed fermentation.
