This is a lager beer for those who enjoy beer. We made it with German malts, hops, and yeast at our small and impractical brewery in Lake Zurich, Illinois. It pairs well with good friends, sunshine, and afternoon mischief.

Crowler pour: clear golden body with no head. German lager yeast leads, honey, flowers, and malts in the nose. Taste is a watered down version of the nose, classical but the backbone is not super sturdy. This is felt more in the feel, slightly watery on the backend yet bready. Ok helles, want more substance to it, but super crushable, pairs well with horseradish cheese spread on crackers. Good for early summer
