Pours clear orangey yellow but gets cloudy as it settles, white head. Smell has lemon zest, lighthearted funk, sweet orange and peach, pineapple, huge white grape and lingering vinegar note to the sour oak. Taste is much the same, but more tart than sour, light melon and guava underneath it all, finishes more acidic than expected, vinegar is more of the apple cider variety now. Feel is very bright, oaky, decent tartness and acidity that is cumulative. A bright and balanced sour for late summer. Would age if I had another bottle
