Imperial Stout brewed with Coconut, Vanilla & Lactose.
Sunburnt Mirth tiptoes into pastry stout territory - this 11.5% ABV beer brewed with milk sugar was conditioned on toasted coconut and Tahitian Vanilla beans. It’s rich and thick, sweet but surprisingly drinkable, and features notes of macaroon, chocolate fudge, and vanilla cream pie. We hope you enjoy this midwinter treat!

Brownish black body with two fingers tall brown foam head. Smells of chocolate syrup, toasted coconut and vanilla bean. Taste is very sweet, too sweet: chocolate syrup is overwhelming to the palate, sweet vanilla crashing in before coconut and booze finish bringing some welcomed dryness to the complexion. Feel is thinner for the style, very malty, sugary and cool
