Pours like a fruit smoothie. Completely opaque and a deep, rich maroon color. About a finger of a rocky, pinkish head that dissipated quickly.
Aroma is packed with ripe raspberry and blackberry. More raspberry than blackberry, but both are the dominant notes of the beer. Lemon tartness from the lactobacillus, a touch of lactose sweetness, and a hint of vanilla are there too. Light salinity. Reminds me of a mixed berry hard candy.
Taste is all of the raspberry and blackberry. Just like the aroma, there’s more raspberry than blackberry coming through. Light salinity. Not picking up much on the coriander. Light lactose and vanilla presence that gives some semblance of sweet balance to the tart fruits and lactobacillus. Quite a tart beer. Bright and refreshing.
Medium body. Heftier than your typical 5% beer. Somewhat soft and creamy, dry, chalky.
This is an excellent fruited Gose. Don’t be fooled by the lactose and vanilla addition, this one definitely leans more tart. The fruit presence is great. Feel like I got my daily intake of fruit with this one.

Magenta juice pour, frothy pink head. Raspberry and blackberry jam with a kiss of tartness in the nose. It literally tastes like juice, sweet, has the coriander at the very end as a flair, but just jammy juice, no booze or wheat in sight. Feel is thick but not heavy, has a kiss of tartness here or there, same with seed textures. I'm still not convinced it's not juice in a can
