Another pick directly from the brewery -- canned 1-24-22. Poured into my tall Becher.
L -- A careful pour yields a dense and sudsy white head that settles fast, but revives well (modern can syndrome). Clear pale straw color.
S -- Herbal noble hops with light citrus and mild DMS back. No real malt character.
T -- Herbal hops up front with a light graininess back. Somewhat two-row like. Finish is a mellow white bread crust character with some citrus mixed in with the herbal hop bitterness. All lingering into the aftertaste with a sort of juniper note mingling with the herbs.
M -- Mouthfeel is dry and crisp with a medium-light body.
O -- A very nice take on German Pils. Highly drinkable and refreshing.

Bright gold with a compact layer of white foam, minimal spotty lace. Clean hoppy aroma, grassy noble hops, light dried citrus, fresh baked bread. Taste is also clean with a light hop bitterness that lingers into the aftertaste. Light bodied but it does have a good amount of hop/malt character, lager yeast keeps it clean. Overall this is a nice little Pils that seems like it would be versatile with different foods.
