Double Dry-Hopped with Cascade, Waimea, Amarillo and Sabro.

This is a dry and snappy little beer that’s hazy, airy, bitter, and bright. Pour it into your glass sometime between the past and the future. Cheers!

Had on tap. Cloudy golden body with a white head and lacing. Grassy and somewhat piney hops sit atop the pale malt body in the smell. Taste starts with pale and almost sweet malt, light lemon zest bridges to a botanical hop finish of mostly grass and flowers. Light and somewhat pale, little wet for style, but has nice springy hop finish.

Served from the can in a Roaring Table shaker pint glass.

I just hear "snap the line" in the form of Toto. Maybe it's just me. Anyway, this stuff pours a mostly clear amber-orange topped by a finger of off-white foam. The nose is fairly mild, comprising lime peel, flowers, grass, and a touch of sweet cereals. The taste favors the grass and flowers, alongside some light citrus peel and a hint of oats, finishing with some wet moss on the back end. The body is a light medium with a light moderate carbonation and a somewhat drying finish. Overall, a solid-enough pale ale, nothing all that special, but certainly something tasty and drinkable enough to get your money's worth.
