Collaboration with Light The Lamp Brewery
In a fit of extravagance we used seven different hops (Calypso, Chinook, Vic Secret, Strata, Simcoe, Centennial, and Moutere) in our latest interpretation of the perennial style. We put hops in the mash tun, the boil kettle, and the fermentor for this one, brewed in collaboration with Light The Lamp, our award-winning pals up north.

Canned 10/26/21; drank 10/31/21 @ the Yarchives.
See-through dull orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a huge, bright white head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace.
Pine, grapefruit & morning frost notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Pine & faint caramel flavors up front; mild grapefruit bite on the finish.
A fine midwestern-style IPA; out of fashion at the moment but worth a drink.
