Dark amber orange, huge billowing head that fluffs above the rim and leaves a lot of drippy lacing inside the glass.
Aroma of spiced apples and wet hay, Brett is nuanced but front and center.
Taste is malty with a moderate Brett presence. Lightly spicy and fruity, pepper, baked apples, somewhat floral.
Smooth and full bodied, bone dry and well carbed. As an Orval clone, they really nailed it.
