a: hazy pale peach in color. small egg shell white head. decent lacing retention.
s: grapefruit, honeydew melon
t: following on from the aroma, nice grapefruit flavor predominates, good level of bitterness gives it the hop bite I enjoy having in the NEIPA style.
m: nice mouthfeel for the style. moderate carbonation
o: Really enjoyed this one. A nice level of flavor given the lower ABV for the style which I appreciate. Hope RT continues this formula/approach (lower ABV NEIPAs without sacrificing flavor) on future NEIPAs.
