Reddish orange, bright clarity, ample foam and arcs of lacing in the glass.
Tangerine and rye graininess, slightly resiny aroma. Oak is mild and rounds it out. Smooth with grainy rye malt, citrus, and and earthy dry finish.
Light and airy, ample hoppiness yet balanced. Very drinkable rye APA.

Had on tap. Murky orange body with a finger and a half of khaki foam and sporadic splotches of lacing. Smell captures the rye and hops well, oak, earth and orange support. Taste has also has great rye with herbal hops, orange slices, now with playful malt, a more toasty oak, and a kiss of dry earth. Excellent so far. Feel is warm, smooth with the rye and oak making a gentle impression, hops though are cut until the very finish. A simple yet well made work of art

Canned 12/6/22; drank 12/10/22 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy red/orange appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big, noisy khaki head; strong, frothy tree-rung lace.
Rye spice, oak, mild dirty sweat sock & faint caramel notes in the nose. A bit off-putting...
Medium mouthfeel.
Rye spice & dirty sweat sock flavors up front; dry oak & faint caramel notes on the finish.
This reminded me, negatively, of many "wet hop" IPA's that seem to reek of dirty sweat socks to me. Roaring Table is a top notch brewery, so this won't sour me on them, but it's not one I'd recommend or ever try again.
