This beer is hazy, but it isn’t a hazy. It’s soft and fruity, but also dry and properly bitter. It’s hoppy and spritzy and nimble and wry. It’s a way forward for us, and you should come with!

Canned 2.7.2023
a: opaque haze. pale, white grapefruit in color. frothy, eggshell white head. decent level of lacing.
s: tropical citrusy fruits (grapefruit, lime), pineapple, stone fruit
t: follows on from the aroma with a nice citrus accented flavor (grapefruit, lime) but with some pineapple as well. a slight bit of chalkiness midway through to the finish. mild bitterness
m: medium carbonation. medium body.
o: The aroma was the highlight for me on this beer - an explosion of mixed fruits. The flavor was quite nice initially but seemed to pull back some midway and through to the finish. Overall, a very drinkable beer and a nice spin on a pale ale.
