16 oz can purchased at the brewery. Canned 8-9-23. Poured into a tall Becher.
L -- Clear, pale gold with a sudsy, fast settling white head.
S -- Herbal hops up front, light stone fruit esters, light vegetal DMS back.
T -- Sweetish, cookie-like Maris Otter malt at first taste, quickly balanced (not eclipsed) by earthy and herbal bitter hops. Light stone fruit esters and the vegetal DMS in the mid-palate. Aftertaste and finish of herbal hop bitterness.
F -- Mouthfeel is dry and crisp with a light-medium body.
O -- Not a bad drinker when you're looking for a mellow hop-hit. Very quaffable, but I highly recommend the cask-conditioned version at the brewery.

Canned 8/9/23; drank 9/1/23 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-opaque dull orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big eggshell-colored head; strong lacing remained.
Oats, mild orange peel & faint soft yeast notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Oats, orange peel, soft yeast & faint cream flavors.
A well-made, enjoyable EPA. I'd have another!

a: honey golden with 1.5 finger off white colored head. Head dissipates fairly quickly to a thin line around the circumference of the glass.
s: floral, slight honey. fruity
t: light fruitiness lends a touch of sweetness. moderate hop bitterness. light toasted malts
m: medium body. low-med carbonation.
o: RT keep whipping out quality beers in all sorts of styles and this is no exception. This would make for an enjoyable 'Pint' at the local pub on any occasion.
