New special holiday beer from RT. 16 ounce can acquired at the brewery. Canned 10-25-24. Poured into my Libbey Imperial Pint.
L -- Clear brassy amber with a sudsy, but firm off white head that settles slowly leaving nice lacing.
S -- Pine resin nose with light stone fruit esters back.
T -- Pine resin up front with a light touch of stone fruit esters and light caramel malt in balance. Mildly earthy to herbal bitterness in the finish and aftertaste. Light citrus fruit in the aftertaste, as well.
F -- Mouthfeel is crisp and dry with a light-medium body.
O -- A very nice West Coast IPA that's very reminiscent in complex character to SN Celebration.
