Clear golden body with a large white head. Smell has notes of fresh baked white loaf, bright lager malts, lemon zest, mild floral hops in that order of intensity. Taste is much the same but has a high level of yeast definition, yielding cracker, bread innards, and rustic crusty accents. Feel is light but never thin, malt crisp and clean. Love this one, reminds me of the way too short amount of time living in Bavaria

I had this on draft 10/213/25 @ the Hopleaf.
See-through pale orange/yellow appearance.
Nice white head; strong lacing remained.
Cereal grain & mineral water notes in the nose.
Soft medium mouthfeel.
Cereal grain & mild lemon flavors up front; clean mineral water notes on the finish.
A solid lager.

Taproom purchase. 4-pack of 16 ounce cans, canned 9-23-2025.
L -- Clear straw to pale gold with a thick and sudsy white head that holds up well.
S -- Doughy, yeasty white bread. Light herbal hops back.
T -- Bitter, herbal hops up front that fold into a crackery malt character. There's subtle lemon citrus notes in the backbone that must be from hops. Finish herbal and bitter with the cracker, some doughiness, and citrus lingering through the aftertaste.
F -- mouthfeel is crisp to dry with a light to light medium body.
O -- A really nice take on the style utilizing the Tetnang hops that are unusual in most US takes on German lagers. Another delicious lager from RTB.
