Black with dark brown edges. Nice smoked malt and roasted malt aroma and flavor with good baker’s chocolate undertones. Great balance of flavors ! Light to medium bodied with a dry roasty and smoky finish. This is fire!

16 ounce can poured into my short, stout mug. Canned 2.26.26.
L -- Deep, dark black with a sudsy and dense tan head that holds up well.
S -- Light DMS and light phenols back.
T -- A nice balance of roasted malt and smoky phenols up front. Light cocoa and some tart, dark fruit back. Finish and aftertaste are a blend of herbal bitterness, charred malt, and smoky phenols.
F -- Body is surprisingly light to light-medium with a dry, crisp mouthfeel.
O -- A mellow Rauchbier based on RT's Canadian Girlfriend Schwarzbier that is a very nice drinker when you're in the mood for a dark and unique beer experience.
