Very limited amount of quickly dissipating, light tan head. Thick looking, opaque, very dark brown appearance. I smell bourbon....do you smell bourbon?, with a little vanilla and caramel, for the aroma. A slightly unpleasant bite and tang, opens up the taste and proceeds to a slight sour note, then finishes a soft vinegary way.
