This amber lager is lightly spiced with traditional winter spices - cardamom, clove, cinnamon, grains of paradise, juniper berries and fresh orange peel. It tastes like liquid Christmas!

Quickly dissipating, ivory colored head. Deep, dark orange and light caramel appearance, with a bit of murkiness. Slightly sweet, medium dark toasted caramel malt, and sweet spiced, caramel/toffee, for the aroma. Somewhat sharp, wood tinged flavor, with a touch of sweetness, with medium toasted caramel malt, with a spiced note. Medium mouthfeel with some sharpness, including the finish.
