From the 16 oz. can dated 03/05/19. Sampled on April 13, 2019.
The appearance is an unfiltered, cloudy looking light amber with a modest white head that fades fast. Streaming carbonation remains active to the end.
The aroma is toasted wheat, toasted bread crust, a little lemon grass, a little barley grain, and a floral presence hop presence.
Light and effervescent mouthfeel. Easy to drink.
Same sweet and toasted bread and wheat characters in the flavor with a delightfully dry finish at the end. Refreshing, clean and crisp like a PIlsener should be.
