Modest head that settles to rim bubbles. Some minor and slippery streaks on the glass. Green hue straw color with the faintest of hazes.
Not as soft as most Pilsners. More German than Czech. Good malt base with a touch of bittering hop.
Highly carbonated with a neutral body. The pale malt is brief and dominated by the spicy (black pepper) hop bite. Longer aftertaste than most Pilsners.

Pours a light fizzy 1/2 finger head with med retention, very little lacing, crystal clear tan pale color
nose doughy sweet malts, cereal grain, pilsner malt, sweet cake batter, light mineral notes, herbal grassy hops, touch of straw
Taste doughy malt, pilsner malt, cereal grain, a bit more cake batter and straw, doughy with some yeasty notes, big hops kick in, herbal floral getting quite spicy later, med-higher bitterness really ramping on the dry finish, long spicy and crisp bitter finish
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, soft lager, med frothy carb, a touch astringent on the finish
Overall not bad, a bit too heavy on the hops, but decent lager
