Nucleated Pilsner
Look: Hazy yellow color, pouring a 1 finger off white head which dissipated into a thin cap which maintained.
Smell: Wheat, yeast and citrus. Orange zest hint.
Taste: Starts with wheat malt, white bread and orange zest. Fades into toasted wheat and baking spices. Leaves a sweet wheat taste in the mouth.
Feel: Smooth silky mouthfeel. High carbonation. moderate mouthfeel.

Canned 2022/04/01
Pours a large frothy bubbly 2+ finger head with fair retention, eventually leaves nothing, no lacing, hazy pale to light gold color

Nose big creamy doughy cake batter wheat, rich wheat, vanilla, honey cake, nice fruity esters, banana, more banana, a bit of canned pear maybe, touch of phenol spices, a bit of sweet vanilla icing on banana cake batter and a hint of citrus

Taste brings more of the same, big creamy doughy wheat, lots of cake batter, banana, banana bread, a little caramelized candied banana, light citrus, little phenol spices, more vanilla icing, honey cake, general creamy notes, light bitterness in the back end, drier finish, touch of hop bitterness on the finish and creamy banana cake

Mouth is med to a touch lighter bod, med frothy carb, a bit creamy

Overall nice hefe, quite enjoyable, lots of characters without getting overpowering and not boring, good summer beer
