A little bit Dunkel and a little bit Dry Stout, this aromatic beer has beautifully balanced notes of chocolate, caramel, banana, and baking spices laid on top of a dry and delicate body.

Poured into a weizen glass straight from the fridge.
Pours a very very dark brown with cola brown hints and a relatively quickly dissipating 8 finger head.
Smells of general maltiness, slightly acidic?
Initial taste of roasted malt, grasping at the taste of cola, fading into a fairly strong chocolate (reminded me of 55% or so dark chocolate) aftertaste which did not return. Lingering aftertaste of roast, with a hint of coffee. As I got through half of it I started to taste the sweetness
Somewhat thin mouthfeel for a stout, but fluffy like a weizen should be.
I wouldn't go out of my way to buy this again but I would definitely buy it again, as a single or a multi pack, provided it isn't super expensive. Definitely enjoyed.
