Canned 2024/06/25, can note "playful as a pussycat" nod to the Queen song. I wonder if they went through all the lyrics. I am glad they didn't add gunpowder and gelatin to the beer.
Pours a huge foamy bubbly 3 finger head with fair retention, semi clear semi hazy lemon yellow color
Nose gristy grainy malt, biscuits, cereal, some lemon zest and lemon cereal, mild fruity ester notes, a bit of floral grassy hops
Taste more grainy cereal gristy malt, wheat bread, a little raw wort character, fair grassy with lemon zest, lemongrass, light bitterness, a bit floral herbal as well, mild peppery like spices, drier finish with more herbal grassy hops lingering
Mouth is med to a touch lighter bod, a little creamy, high effervescent carb
Overall delivers what is expected, kellerbier up front with the raw gristy malt and young characters then a punch of grassy mild lemony Saaz hops
