16oz can with code 04-21-026 (April 26, 2021?) poured into a Teku on 8/14/21.
Pours 1" of light, bubbly head. Translucent, bright pale golden color.
Light lager aroma; cracker/biscuit/bread, some floral notes, slight spice like coriander, and the lightest whiff of smoke.
Taste initially follows the aroma and leads with bread, floral, and spicy notes. Smoke kicks in the middle and finish. Strong but not overpowering.
Light-bodied mouthfeel with slight effervescence. Easy and smooth, but the smoke taste slows down the sipping.
Very delicious smoked Helles. Strong in flavor, but light in body and aroma.
