The latest Double IPA in our WeedWolf experimental series features Tropical, Orange Juice & Bubblegum aroma thanks to a generous dose of Citra & Ahtanum in the whirlpool & a triple dry-hop featuring Ahtanum, Pacific Jade, Ernest, Nectaron, Strata, Minstrel & Olicana. The hazy proteins in the beer are produced by Shaniko white winter wheat malt from Mecca Grade Estate Malt (Madras, OR).

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly faded away, leaving some wisps of bubbles on the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pineapple and lime are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of lychee.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is incredibly drinkable for something that is 9% abv and has no traces of alcohol whatsoever in the taste, but I would have expected the aromas and flavors to be stronger.
