Served in nonic of unknown size, but probably 14oz, at Zeeks Pizza in Bellingham. Poured a very cloudy medium yellow color with 3/4 inch of white head that had low retention and light lacing.
The aroma was hop forward, mostly froot and pine, over a light grain base.
Same on the tongue; a limited malt profile underneath pine and frooty hops.
The body was medium-light, smooth, and had a medium finish that leaned slightly sweet.
Drinkability was fine, but the frooty hops got a bit boring by the end of the glass.
Overall, a pleasant enough brew. Worth a shot if you see it.
