Clear golden amber brew with adequate foam ib the Brigand chalice. Less spritz on the tongue than typical. Pleasing malty start with a modest sweetness. Just barely bitter, but an edge of woody and stemmy taste. Interesting mix of apricot and resiny notes. Thoroughly drinkable and not such rambunctious taste as a lot of recent hoppy brews I've tried. Hops are listed as "Experimental cryohops and Azacca cryohops." From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.
