From the Varietal Beer Co. website: This IPA is brewed with a base of Buzz barley, with Elwah River spelt, flake oats & flaked wheat for a softer body supporting a heavy dry-hopping of our 2023 harvest fresh-kilned pellets of Amarillo, Citra & Columbus. It delivers a big aromatic punch of grapefruit & citrus balanced with creamy malt in a dry, tangy finish.
