Ian from ISM Brewing joined us for two wet hop brew days to create this West Coast IPA brimming with unkilned Simcoe from Carpenter Ranches & Amarillo from Loza Farms. It’s got that dank hop flavor and aroma with a nice bitterness in the finish.

Good amount of off-white head. Medium clear gold appearance. Fresh, herbal/floral aroma, with a pleasant, lightly sulfurous tinge. Bright, mixed herbal and a touch of floral flavors, along with some lemon and grapefruit peel notes. Easy bite and bright mouthfeel.
